"3rd Age"

Book of Alexander Ch-5

1. As I look up into the twilight sky, I wonder if this is the future that my ancestors imagined for New Earth. A fantastic planet slowly being destroyed by a corrupt world government

2. A beautiful land shrouded in mystery and hidden agendas.

3. But me, I know everything, because I have to.

4. I was placed in charge of the Gunny Elite project.

5. My job was to use the DNA of the world’s most powerful women, mix and match them to create a perfect army of seductive, super assassins.

6. But last week the project was terminated, because the government has somehow come to the conclusion that all humans are imperfect, regardless of genetic manipulation.

7. Perfection exists in the mind, and a human mind is to fragile, to easily altered, so the Gunny Elite were to be terminated before the maturation process was complete.

8. I have yet to carry out my orders. I don’t think that I can take a human life, even it is one created by man.

9. I was just on my way out to buy some food and clothing for when my clones were born.

10. My driver asked me “Where to sir? The supermarket?”
11. “Why did you ask me that Tallulah?” I responded curiously.
12. “Because you look so tired and hungry sir.”
13. “Well, your beauty is only exceeded by your insight driver. Let’s go.”

14. At that moment the door to my air car flew open, and a soldier from the crimson court stood before me yelling “Royal Vizier Condul requests your presence at once, Alexander Skype”.

17. “When we reached The chambers of the Vizier, the soldier ordered me to leave my weapons behind, which was probably a wise thing to do, since so many people hated his boss.

18. I walked inside to see Condul in a disheveled office standing in the shadows with his fists balled up.
19. Condul immediately lunged at me shouting. “The Gunny Elite project was supposed to be terminated over a week ago!! Shut up! Shut up! Then why is that facility still pulling enough juice to support the life of 22 incubators?!?!”
20. “Listen up you freakin’ weirdo. I don’t know why they assigned you to this project and I don’t care. We are way over our energy limit because of you. The cyborg factory starts operating tomorrow and whatever you’re doing in there better be history!!”
21. “If I lose my promotion because of you, I’ll rip you in half like this freakin’ piece of paper. You hear me!?!?
22. “Sure thing sir.”

23. I returned to the lab grieved and plagued with sorrow as I began to shut off each incubator one by one.

24. When I got to no. 22 I realized that I had skipped one, number 16, and maybe I did so purposely.

25. “Nunber16, there is something special about you. I have given you favor over all the others.

26. I can’t kill you. I need you to be as magnificent as I have planned for you to be.

28. I love you, and you will be protected by any means necessary."
